How are winners chosen?+
Every time 100 more families confirm their entry, we draw one winner at random from everyone who has entered and has not won yet. Each chance you hold is one ticket in that draw, so the more families join, the more books we give away.
Do I have to buy anything?+
No. Entering is free, and a purchase is never required. The bonus chances that come with an order are also available free: email support@enchantably.com with the subject "Giveaway bonus entries" from the address you entered with.
What does the winner get?+
A gift code for one personalized printed hardcover storybook, with US shipping included. You make the book yourself: your photos, your child, your story.
When will I know?+
Winners are emailed within 7 days of each draw and have 14 days to reply. If a winner does not reply, we draw again.
What happens with my email?+
We use it to confirm your entry, tell you if you win, and send occasional Enchantably news and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we never sell your address.
