Enchantably
Holiday Magic

Personalized Christmas & Hanukkah booksmade of your family's real magic.

Not a name dropped into someone else's story. Your child's own drawing comes alive. The real gift you chose is revealed. Your ornaments, your hanukkiah, your child's year, the holiday you're actually having this year — each book is built from something only your family has, so no two are ever the same.

Free to start. See the cover and first three pages painted before you pay.

Holiday books nobody else makes

Most personalized holiday books put your child's name into a story written for everyone. Ours start from the things only your family has — so the book your child unwraps is one that could not exist for anyone else.

Which holiday book is right for your family?

Personalized Christmas books

Six Christmas stories, each one starring your child and built around something only your family can give it.

Santa's Book of You

Ages 3-8

Best for: A keepsake of this exact year — the one to make every Christmas

Santa doesn't keep a list of naughty and nice. He keeps a book of who your child was this year, and on Christmas Eve he reads it to them.

What only you can add

  • 6 real moments
  • optional photos
  • your last line

The Ninth Reindeer

Ages 3-7

Best for: Creative kids, and anyone who has ever said "I can't draw"

The reindeer flies terribly — until the storm comes, and its special power, the one your child invented, leads Santa's sleigh home.

What only you can add

  • photo of their drawing
  • its name
  • its special power

The Present Who Couldn't Wait

Ages 2-7

Best for: Giving any gift as a story — read the book first, then the gift

The lost present finds its way home by the paper star your child hangs in the window. Then the last page says: turn around.

What only you can add

  • photo of the gift
  • why you chose it
  • who it's from

Santa Will Find You

Ages 3-7

Best for: No chimney, a new home, two homes, travelling, a hospital stay

In the Finding Room, your child's little light on Santa's great globe has already moved with them — and he has a plan for exactly their worry.

What only you can add

  • where they'll be
  • their worry
  • optional photo of the place

Who Gives Santa a Present?

Ages 3-8

Best for: Kids learning that giving is the best part

Your child arrives just as Santa lands from the longest night, exhausted — and gives him the last gift: a rest, and a bedtime story.

What only you can add

  • your child's gift idea
  • a family song

The Ornament Box

Ages 4-9

Best for: Grandparents, family history, and the stories you tell every year

At the bottom of the box is an empty space — and your child makes the ornament someone not yet born will ask about one day.

What only you can add

  • photos of 3 ornaments
  • the stories behind them
  • this year's ornament

Personalized Hanukkah books

Hanukkah the way your family keeps it, with your own hanukkiah in your own window — and a book for families who celebrate both.

Eight Nights of Light

Ages 3-8

Best for: Hanukkah your family's way — a book to take out every year

Each night, one more candle; each day, a little light carried to someone real. On the eighth night, every light glows back — and your child stands beside the shamash.

What only you can add

  • photo of your hanukkiah
  • people to bring light to
  • your traditions
  • your childhood memory

Two Lights in One Window

Ages 3-8

Best for: Families who light a hanukkiah AND trim a tree

The light of the shamash and the light of the star go out into the snowy night — and neither can find the lost puppy without the other.

What only you can add

  • both sides' traditions
  • the worry
  • optional photo of your window

Holiday book questions

What makes these different from other personalized Christmas books?

Most personalized holiday books put a child's name into a story written for everyone. Each Enchantably holiday book is built from something only your family has: your child's own drawing, the real gift you chose, your ornaments and the stories behind them, your hanukkiah, six real moments from your child's year, or the holiday you are actually having. Your child is painted to look like themselves on every page.

Can my child's own drawing be in the book?

Yes. In The Ninth Reindeer your child draws a reindeer and you photograph the drawing. That exact reindeer — every wobble, color and extra leg — comes alive in the book and becomes Santa's ninth reindeer.

Can the book show the actual present we are giving?

Yes. In The Present Who Couldn't Wait you photograph the gift before wrapping it. The book tells that present's journey to your child and reveals it at the end, along with why you chose it, in your words. Give the book first; the last page tells your child to turn around.

Is there a personalized Hanukkah book?

Yes, two. Eight Nights of Light follows your family through the eight nights, with your own hanukkiah from your photo, your traditions, and the real people your child brings a little light to. Two Lights in One Window is for families who celebrate both Hanukkah and Christmas.

Do you have a book for interfaith families who celebrate both?

Yes. Two Lights in One Window is for a child with a hanukkiah and a tree in the same window who has started to worry they have to choose. Each holiday keeps its own identity, both sides of the family are named, and the last line is: not half of two holidays — all of both.

We moved, have no chimney, or will be at another home on Christmas Eve. Is there a book for that?

Yes. In Santa Will Find You, you tell us where your child will be and what they are worried about, and Santa shows them his plan for exactly that. You can add a photo of the place — the new home, the hotel, Grandma's — and the last pages happen there.

When should I order for delivery before Christmas or Hanukkah?

Printing takes 3-5 business days, then shipping: standard 5-10 business days or priority 1-3. For 2026, order printed books by about November 12 (standard) or November 23 (priority) for the first night of Hanukkah, and by about December 4 (standard) or December 15 (priority) for Christmas. The PDF is ready instantly.

What ages are these holiday books for?

Most are written for children from about 3 to 8. The Present Who Couldn't Wait starts at 2, and The Ornament Box is best from about 4.

Can I see the book before I pay?

Yes. It is free to start: we paint your child's hero, write the whole story, and paint the cover and the first three pages before you choose a PDF or a printed book.

Do you keep the photos I upload?

Photos of things and places — a drawing, a gift, ornaments, a hanukkiah, a room — are kept with your book so every page matches, until you delete the story. Photos of moments that may show your child, in Santa's Book of You, are read once to paint the scene and are never stored. Photos of children are never kept.

Can grandparents make one for a grandchild?

Yes. Anyone can make a book for a child they love, and a gift certificate lets the family make it themselves.

What languages are the holiday books in?

Any of 17 languages, written natively rather than translated.
